DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

As a Sleep/Lactation/Newborn Care Consultant, my role for the In-Home Newborn Coaching Session includes:

One (1) 4 hour tailored in-home workshop.

Hands-on instruction in infant feeding, sleep hygiene, and newborn care/well-being.

Nursery/Home environment optimization for sleep safety.

One (1) follow-up summary of the customized plan created during the visit.

One (1) day of follow-up email/message support to troubleshoot the implementation of the plan.

FEES & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The fee for the In-Home Newborn Coaching Session is $550. Payments shall be made in full and must be paid prior to the scheduled in-home visit to secure your date. Due to the blocked-out nature of in-home consulting, the date is not confirmed until payment is received.



TERM/TERMINATION

This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the in-home session and the subsequent week of follow-up support.



CHANGES/REFUNDS

Any changes made to this letter of agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties. Due to the customized nature of this work, all sales are final.

Rescheduling: If the Client needs to reschedule the in-home visit, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Snooze Clues LLC will make every effort to accommodate one reschedule based on availability.


COMMITMENT

The Coach cannot guarantee success or results, especially if the Client does not follow the protocols outlined in their specific plan.

Coaching vs. Childcare: The Client understands that the Coach is present in an educational and consultative capacity. While the Coach may demonstrate techniques with the infant, the Client (or a designated guardian) must remain on the premises at all times and remains the primary caregiver responsible for the infant’s safety.


SAFE SLEEP & HOME ENVIRONMENT

Snooze Clues LLC follows the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) safe sleep guidelines. The Coach will provide education on these guidelines, but the final implementation of sleep practices and nursery setup is the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client agrees to provide a safe, smoke-free, and professional environment for the Coach to perform the services.


ACTS OF GOD

If an act of God, such as fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural calamity, shall cause you to cancel my services, I will require payment only for the time actually spent consulting.


DISCLAIMER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Snooze Clues LLC agrees to provide non-medical pediatric coaching services that include support and education. These services are not intended to replace the medical advice of a physician.


I understand the services, coaching, and in-home programs offered by Snooze Clues LLC are voluntary. I acknowledge that injuries, accidents, or other complications associated with products or services may result from my participation. I knowingly and voluntarily agree to waive and release Snooze Clues LLC and its owners/contractors from any and all claims of liability, demands for compensation, or damages for injury (to person or property) that may occur during or after the in-home session.


CONFIDENTIALITY

The Recipient agrees not to use any Confidential Information disclosed by Snooze Clues LLC for its own use or for any purpose other than the undertaking of the Relationship. This includes the proprietary "Snooze Clues" sleep protocols and guides provided during the in-home session.
